Who We Are
Welcome to Palmer Highway Church of God—a place where faith, family, and fellowship come together. We are a Spirit-filled Pentecostal church in Palmer, Alaska, proudly part of the Church of God, headquartered in Cleveland, Tennessee. Our beliefs are deeply rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, shaping every aspect of our worship, ministry, and daily lives.
Our Mission
To glorify God, share His love, and equip individuals to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
As part of the Church of God, we affirm the following core beliefs that define our faith and guide our ministry:
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, serving as the ultimate authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.
Salvation
Salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone. By grace, through faith, we are saved, forgiven of our sins, and granted eternal life.
Holiness
Holiness is the standard of living for God’s people. As followers of Christ, we are called to live lives of purity, integrity, and devotion.
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Our Beliefs
The Church
The Church is the Body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, and spread the Gospel to all nations.
The Second Coming
We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ and the hope of eternal life with Him.
